RYSE Pump Daddy V2 isn't some weak stim-free pre pretending to boost performance. At two scoops, it's a real non-stim pump and output formula with clear, research-backed doses: 9g L-citrulline, 6.4g beta-alanine, 5g creatine monohydrate, 4g betaine anhydrous, 2g betaine nitrate as NO3-T®, 200mg CitraPeak®, and 500mg vitamin C. The idea is to hit performance from all sides—blood flow from nitric oxide, nitrate boost, muscle buffering, energy support, cell hydration, and fatigue resistance—without caffeine faking the energy.

L-citrulline leads the way. It's a super absorbable form that turns into arginine, skipping gut breakdown, and ramps up nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is what widens blood vessels for better flow, nutrients, and oxygen to your muscles. Studies usually use 6-8g, so 9g is a step up and should feel way stronger than those skimpy 3-6g versions. It also helps clear out ammonia, that waste from tough workouts.

Beta-alanine at 6.4g is no joke. It builds carnosine in your muscles, and carnosine fights the acid buildup that causes that burning feeling. It's best for intense efforts from 1-10 minutes, with 3.2-6.4g as the sweet spot. RYSE gives you the high end, so you get that tingle right away and faster carnosine buildup over time.

Creatine monohydrate at 5g is spot on. This is the standard daily dose for reloading phosphocreatine, which helps make ATP r

RYSE Pump Daddy V2 by RYSE contains 250mg Vitamin C, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 9,000mg L-Citrulline per full serving — that's more than the usual 6-8g from studies. Citrulline boosts arginine better than taking arginine straight, pumping up nitric oxide for wider blood vessels while clearing workout waste like ammonia.
  • 6,400mg Beta-Alanine — right at the top of the 3.2-6.4g daily range for building carnosine. Carnosine fights acid in your muscles, so that burn doesn't end high-rep sets or back-to-back efforts too soon.
  • 5,000mg Creatine Monohydrate — the full daily dose you need, not a weak add-in. This reloads quick energy for strong reps across intense sets, so you don't need extra creatine on the side.
  • 4,000mg Betaine Anhydrous — a solid amount for keeping cells hydrated, balanced, and pushing output. Lots of products skimp or skip it, but here it adds real muscle support beyond just looks.
  • 2,000mg NO3-T® Betaine Nitrate — a patented nitrate that gives another way to boost nitric oxide. Citrulline uses arginine; nitrates add a different path, which is smart stacking for folks who want the best pump.
  • 200mg CitraPeak® — a branded form of glucosyl-hesperidin that's easier to absorb than regular. It helps blood vessel nitric oxide and fights oxidation, backing up the pump without being just for show.
  • 500mg Vitamin C per full serving — plenty for antioxidant help during tough workouts. It throws in some health support on top of the performance focus.
  • Fully transparent label — every ingredient and dose is right there. In a world of hidden pump blends, this lets you check it against real studies instead of hype.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders chasing hypertrophy with high-volume splits who want pumps that help real training, not just looks. Two scoops deliver 9g L-citrulline plus 2g NO3-T® betaine nitrate for serious flow, and 6.4g beta-alanine keeps reps quality when burn rises.
  • Evening trainers hitting it hard after work but skipping big caffeine that keeps you up. This gives real support from citrulline, nitrates, creatine, and betaine without turning your 7 p.m. lift into all-night awake time.
  • Folks using coffee, energy drinks, or nootropics earlier who don't want extra stims. Pump Daddy V2 is a stim-free base for pumps and output, without pushing your caffeine limit.
  • Lifters in volume phases who need strong repeated sets, not one big lift. 6.4g beta-alanine, 5g creatine, and 4g betaine support fatigue fight, energy reload, and session-long push.
  • Pump chasers on arms, chest, shoulders using fullness for better form and connection. Citrulline-nitrate combo delivers that dense, lasting swell making isolation feel worth it.
  • Stim-sensitive people wanting a top pre experience. Not basic non-stim with weak pumps; it's loaded with solid doses of real boosters, so workouts feel supported without the buzz.

How to Use

Start with 1 scoop in 10-14 oz water to test if high beta-alanine or nitrates are new. For max effect, go 2 scoops in 16-24 oz cold water 20-30 minutes before training; that lets flow kick in for working sets. Use a shaker for this big powder load; more water helps mixing and flavor. Empty stomach speeds it up, but a light meal 60-90 minutes prior feels better if strong pres bother you. Stim-free means stack with caffeine or nootropics if needed, but do it smart. Pairs great with intra electrolytes or carbs for long volume days. No stim tolerance, so no cycling needed; daily use is actually better for saturating creatine and beta-alanine. Keep it sealed cool and dry, since heavy powders can clump with moisture.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: you sip it, no caffeine means no buzz or head spike. Minutes 10-20: full dose often brings beta-alanine tingles first, with flow building quietly. Minutes 20-40: peak for pump stuff—better flow, fuller muscles, more open feel when intensity ramps. Minutes 40-90: holds strong without caffeine crash; workout feels backed physically, not nervously. Days 1-7: pump hits right away, while creatine and beta-alanine build up. Weeks 2-4: that's when it shines, with loaded creatine and carnosine for better set-after-set strength and less fatigue.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in RYSE Pump Daddy V2?

None. Pump Daddy V2 is a true non-stim pre-workout with no caffeine listed in the active formula, so its effects come from pump and performance ingredients like 9g L-citrulline, 2g NO3-T® betaine nitrate, 6.4g beta-alanine, and 5g creatine monohydrate at the full serving.

Is 1 scoop enough, or do I need the full 2 scoops?

1 scoop is a useful entry point and still gives you 4.5g citrulline, 3.2g beta-alanine, 2.5g creatine, 2g betaine, 1g betaine nitrate, 100mg CitraPeak®, and 250mg vitamin C. The full 2-scoop serving is where the formula becomes truly aggressive and research-aligned across the board, especially for citrulline, creatine, and the nitrate stack.

Why does this formula include both L-citrulline and betaine nitrate?

Because they support nitric oxide and blood flow through complementary pathways. Citrulline raises arginine to support nitric oxide synthesis, while nitrate-bearing NO3-T® provides an additional route to nitric oxide production, creating a broader and often more noticeable pump effect than relying on citrulline alone.

Will Pump Daddy V2 make me tingle?

Probably, especially at 2 scoops. The formula contains 6.4g beta-alanine at the full serving, which is enough to produce the harmless skin-tingling sensation called paresthesia in many users; if you want to ease into it, start with 1 scoop.

Can I take this at night?

Yes, that is one of its biggest advantages. Since there is no caffeine, most users can use it for evening training without the sleep disruption that comes with stimulant-heavy pre-workouts, while still getting meaningful pump and performance support.

Does this replace my daily creatine?

At the full 2-scoop serving, yes for most users. It provides 5g creatine monohydrate, which is the standard daily maintenance dose commonly used to support creatine saturation and repeated high-intensity performance.

Is CitraPeak® just a label add-on?

No. CitraPeak® is a branded glucosyl-hesperidin ingredient with improved water solubility and bioavailability versus standard hesperidin, and it is included here at 200mg—the low end of the emerging performance research range focused on blood flow and endothelial support.

Can I stack Pump Daddy V2 with a caffeinated pre-workout?

You can, but you usually don't need a full caffeinated pre layered on top because this already supplies substantial performance ingredients. A more controlled approach is to stack it with a simpler caffeine source or nootropic if you want energy or focus without duplicating pump ingredients unnecessarily.

Do I need to cycle this product?

No stimulant cycling is required because there are no stimulants in the formula. In fact, consistency helps because beta-alanine and creatine work best when used regularly enough to maintain elevated muscle carnosine and creatine stores.

How does this compare to typical non-stim pump pre-workouts?

Most non-stims center on a moderate citrulline dose and stop there. Pump Daddy V2 goes further by combining 9g citrulline, 2g NO3-T® betaine nitrate, 5g creatine monohydrate, 4g betaine anhydrous, 6.4g beta-alanine, and 200mg CitraPeak® on a fully transparent label, making it much more of a complete performance formula.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
