Intensely fragrant white birch mingles with top notes of wild fern, bergamot, sun-kissed wildflowers, and pine to create this refreshing aroma. Smoky patchouli, a touch of creamy vanilla, and cedarwood invoke the quiet mystery of the woods where these great beasts reside. This fragrance leans floral, but will appeal to both masculine and feminine tastes thanks to its complex balance of fresh greens and deep woods.

Moose Crossing is infused with natural essential oils including cedarwood, cedar leaf, fir needle, orange, patchouli, petitgrain, rosemary, ylang-ylang, lemon, and eucalyptus.

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
