The rigid 0.4mm thickness ensures stability, making them ideal for creating durable and well-supported denture bases in dental prosthetics.
Each grid is made in Germany using high-quality stainless steel (Material No. 1.4301), providing long-term performance in both upper and lower full or partial dentures. The gold plating offers both aesthetic appeal and biocompatibility.
How to use
Place the grid onto the desired area of the denture base during the packing phase.
Ensure the perforations are fully embedded in the acrylic to promote mechanical interlocking.
Press and polymerize the denture as usual, then finish and polish before delivery to the patient.
