Wait a few minutes and return to rinse it off wth was cloth etc. It really cuts the itch. You have to repeat this every several hours. But if you are able to work with it, its a wonderful soap and not drying! For severe eczema, and histamine itching, this reduces it with zero side effects. Verynice!!
