The Roast
This dark roast transforms our premium, high-altitude Chiapas beans into a bold yet refined experience. We carefully roast to bring out deeper chocolate and nutty flavors while maintaining a hint of sweetness from the beans’ natural complexity. The result is a rich, balanced profile that’s as satisfying as it is versatile.
The Cause
Like its lighter-roast counterpart Mexicana, Black Tie is Certified Organic and supports the smallholder farmers of Chiapas, Mexico. These farmers have embraced sustainable agricultural practices to conserve and revitalize their land while overcoming challenges such as coffee leaf rust and economic pressures. By choosing Black Tie, you’re supporting their mission to produce exceptional organic coffee while maintaining a legacy of excellence.
