Produced in Puglia, these certified organic aromatic oils - unlike most flavoured oils which use added extracts - are made through infusion with fresh organic ingredients, or by stone milling the olives and fresh ingredients together, which truly marries flavour, scent and colour.
Our infused oils are made by immersing garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Once the scent, colour and flavour permeates the oil, it’s filtered through fine muslin and bottled. The crushed fresh garlic-infused oil makes a mellow dressing.
