ENGINEERING AND EXPERIENCE
A decade devoted to tuning the narrow angle VR6 was kicked off with our twin turbo 4-motion converted New Beetles. Next came our twin turbo packages for the 3.2L motor with the release of the R32, and in 2005 the FT ("Full Throttle") line of single turbos was added to our repertoire. 2007, our CVP intake manifold furthered this program by introducing air-to-water intercooling, followed by packages for the Mk5 chassis. Our EFR Edition is a culmination of all our technical experiences, and offers a stop and go daily commuter that will transform every driving experience into a thrill ride with no compromises.
CONSTRUCTION
More than just a turbo "kit", the EFR Edition Single Turbo System is engineered to exact specifications for each application and includes absolutely everything needed for your technician to install.
The lengthy list of components that go into each and every built to order turbo system includes several proprietary developments that set HPA turbo kits apart from the rest:
- Integrated liquid cooled cast intake manifold is an all in one design specific solution that takes the workload off the turbo; lowering EGT's and affording more ignition in the software maps yielding best in market throttle response and performance. In daily stop and go, no other after cooling solution is as effective as the air to water in generating a cool and steady intake temp.
- Velocity Tuned Exhaust manifolds are cast from the highest quality materials. Our manifolds retain the CRITICAL orientation and placement of the engine's Oxygen sensors to ensure correct fuel calibrations and DSG-> engine communications. Our exhaust manifolds will deliver instant throttle response while insulating and dispersing generated heat. There are NO design short cuts with this Manifold!
- Borg Warner EFR Turbocharger with Gamma-Ti Turbine Wheels and Dual Ceramic Ball Bearing Design.
- Custom Stainless Heat shields direct the flow of heat down the firewall into the safe suction zone reducing under hood air temps and ensuring peripheral hardware is not subject to heat stress.
- Performance engine software ensures OEM like daily drivability is retained while adaptive calibrations adjust ignition and fuel maps for ambient temperature, octane, and load changes (28mpg on hwy cruising).

Held Up Better Than Most for My Aggressive Chewer

I have to give the Fuufome Dog Chew Toy for Aggressive Chewers a solid 3 out of 5 stars.
I have a very high-energy Lab mix named Boone who is an extremely aggressive chewer. Finding toys that last in our house is nearly impossible. This is actually his second toy like this - the first one is currently in my yard in three different pieces.
While I don’t believe this toy was advertised as indestructible, I still hoped it would fully survive Boone’s chewing. Some parts have held up well, which is more than I can say for many other toys we’ve tried. However, he was still able to do some noticeable damage to the rubber portion after consistent use.
To be fair, it did last longer than most toys we’ve purchased, which says a lot considering how tough Boone is on his things. For moderate chewers, I think this would hold up quite well. For truly aggressive chewers like mine, it’s tougher than average but still may show wear over time.

Best toy for heavy chewers
Color: Green
My dog is an aggressive chewer and I have trouble finding toys that last longer than 5 minutes before being so destroyed it is no longer safe to let him keep it. He loves this toy and naws on it for hours daily. Yes, it has multiple chew marks, but it is still intact completely. No little pieces have been chewed off. I highly recommend this toy for any dog especially those who destroy every toy in seconds like mine does.

NOT Indestructible and a Nylon Product (NOT A CHEW TOY)

I gave this dog toy 2-stars based on my dog toy rating system (DTRS) for “Bruce” the Green Alligator!
Unfortunately, I didn’t notice in the fine print of the product description on the website that this toy consisted of Nylon. If I noticed that description, I would’ve never purchased this product. Please do your own research on Nylon wrt teeth. I wasn’t impressed with the toy construction out of the box. The nylon head and tail sandwich the rubber body with soft rubber spines on Bruce’s back for easy gripping. This is not an “Indestructible” dog toy.
Safety (1-rating):
1. I was always concerned about my dog’s teeth possibly cracking while he was chewing on Bruce’s Nylon ends. Thankfully, his teeth were fine throughout the use of this toy.
2. The Nylon came off in small pieces after a few hours and continued for the life of the toy; see picture. I never intended for my dog to swallow pieces of Nylon.
3. Bruce’s rubber rear end is where most of the damage occurred, as my dog was tearing off pieces of rubber and spines, which he thankfully passed through his system over a period of 2-3 days after I threw Bruce away; see picture.
4. The chewed-up Nylon ends were very hard, rough, sharp and pointy. There were occasions where I noticed my dog’s gums were bleeding as a result of chewing this toy.
5. Bruce is big enough not to swallow in its entirety, which is why I’m giving this a 1-rating for safety.
6. This is a molded product and not a plush product.
Durability (2-rating):
1. It took my dog 1 to 2-weeks to get the toy in the shape that is shown on the posted photos.
2. The Nylon was immediately being scratched and scraped apart on day-1. Then I noticed pieces of Nylon coming off of Bruce after 3-4 days.
3. The rubber was immediately being punctured with small divots around the body on day-1. I noticed over the next couple of days that my dog was focusing on the rear end and trying to pull the rubber off the Nylon tail.
4. The rubber started coming off more quickly after 1-week, until I removed it all together.
Squeaker (N/A):
1. Bruce has no squeaker.
Fatality (2-rating):
1. Bruce had a longer life than most of my dog’s toys, but then again, I expected this to last much longer as the seller claims it is “Indestructible”, which it is not.
2. I tried filing off some of Bruce’s chewed up Nylon ends to smooth them out for more chew time, but came to my senses and just threw him away for safety concerns only.
In conclusion, “Bruce” the Green Alligator should not be given as a chew toy, but more as a fetch toy, unless you want your dog to digest the Nylon and rubber materials.

My dog loves it

The bone arrived today and my dog loves it.
He is a very aggressive chewer and destroyed almost all his toys so far, even toys that were advertised for aggressive chewers unfortunately didn't held out long, the longest so far was a stuffy we couldn't find anymore and that one lasted him a few weeks but everything else lasted him an hour up to a few days max, even bones don't last him long so we have our hopes set on this bone to satisfy his chewing needs.
I will update my review later on sturdiness, since we just got it and I can't review that yet but so far he loves it he has been chewing on it non stop, he already managed to get very small pieces of as shown in picture but with a regular bone he would've already been much much further.
The bone is only 10 bucks so the value for money you get based on my experience so far is amazing! But also for this I will come back later to touch upon more.
The size is good, our boy is a medium sized dog and this bone was advertised for medium to large size dogs and I thinks the size is just right for our boy .
And there is definitely a beef flavor on it you can smell it but it doesn't smell bad it's a nice smell and not very strong but when he is chewing on it you smell it.
I would based on my experience so far definitely recommend this bone but also on this I will touch back upon later if it's worth it in the long run.
So far a very happy dog and owners here.

He still hasn't managed to destroy it it's the first (cgew)toy he hasn't managed to destroy yet which is very impressive since he managed to destroy the even most toughest things we got for him in a week tops and bones within 1, 2 days tops, so we are very happy and pleased with this bone and will definitely get more later.
He still enjoys chewing on it and leaves our things mostly alone for some reason he just likes stealing my things and chew on it lol.
So 2 months later still stand by recommending this when your dog loves to chew and destroys everything he puts his mouth on.

Extremely durable, dogs love them

I was looking for the toughest and most durable dog chew bone I could find and this is it. I have bought multiple other brands that claim to be very durable and tough for a very long time and this is the one for sure. The shower has described this phone accurately and it truly does last. I purchased this bone about 2 months ago. As you see from the photos attached, this is a very well made chew bone and my aggressive pitbulls can't tear it apart do they try. They never get tired of it and chewing it every single day for hours on and keeping them very occupied. I have two bones and three pitbulls that chew on it every day. It is so adorable and has an awesome flavor to it which I think entices them even more to want to chew on it. The durability and Lasting power is amazing to me with these tough chewers. I highly recommend this product to everyone out there. I will say only one negative and that is that the middle wraparound piece they were able to pull off but that is not a big deal because there is plenty of bone which was under that cover in the middle of the bone. There's a few mauled chips missing from the ends but the life of this bone is obviously going to be a long time which really surprised me. Give it a shot if you have heavy duty chewers and you will find how awesome this phone really is and it's durability and strength our second to none in my opinion.
