Tasting Notes: A very generous Sauvignon Blanc from our Niagara Lakeshore vineyards. Throughout the nose, there is a pervasive minerality, providing a vibrant freshness. The palate immediately mirrors the nose, with the same grapefruit and fruit character taking centre stage. More intense key lime pie and lemongrass help to balance the ever-present mineral notes. Fresh and crisp with a balanced acidity, this wine is incredibly food-friendly but will happily be the centre of attention if sipped alone.
