Join us at Mystique Lingerie for Workout Wednesdays. You will have the opportunity to explore a variety of fun and energizing movement styles that is designed to invigorate your body, uplift your spirit, and calm your mind. Each week, you will workout to one of the following: ZUMBA, POUND, and DANCE FITNESS — a great mix ensuring there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re looking to break a sweat, connect with yourself, or simply have a good time, this class is for you!
What to Expect:
Each class combines different movement modalities, giving you the chance to explore and find what speaks to your unique energy:
Zumba
A high-energy dance workout
POUND Fitness & POUND Unplugged
Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, you’ll combine drumming and movement to sculpt your muscles, increase endurance, and reduce stress. It’s loud, fun, and completely empowering!
Dance Fitness
A blend of choreographed dance and fitness exercises to a mix of energetic beats. This modality is perfect for burning calories, building coordination, and simply letting loose.

What to Wear:
Wear what makes you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to move! Breathable, stretchy athletic wear and sneakers with good support are recommended. Add a pop of color or something fun if it makes you smile!

Time: 10:30am
Location: Mystique Lingerie
2700 South College Ave, Suite #165, Fort Collins, Colorado. We recommend using the back entrance where additional parking is available. There will be signs to guide you to class.
Drop In Fee: $20 or $60 (4 classes at $15 each)
Additional Note: Essential Oils will be diffused during class time.
