Controls and adjusts air speed according to ice opening.
10 different control modes available: 2-speed, proportional, linear, etc.
Equipped with MOD BUS communication for supervision by CAPTUR card or BMS computer.
The CONTROL E-SEAT card controls the air extraction rate of a fume cupboard. It sends a 0/10v voltage to vary the frequency of a motor. A rotary potentiometer measures the height of the glass pane, thus regulating airflow. A speed sensor determines airflow, and an audible and visual alarm is triggered in the event of insufficient speed, too-high window height or other malfunction. Several operating modes are programmable: 2-speed, multi-speed, linear speed, PID sensor, etc. A remote HMI allows fume hood control and on-site adjustments. A MODBUS connection is provided to link all CONTROL E-SEAT boards and interface them with a CAPTUR E-SEAT board and a BMS.
