How to End a Short Story? Lessons from Children's Picture BooksChildren's picture books can teach us about the many forms satisfying short stories can take. We'll examine several picture books as examples, discussing common story shapes with a focus on how authors begin, build tension, and especially, end a short tale. Sheffer will share examples of short fiction for further reading, and exercises that participants can use to "try on" these story shapes to enrich their own writing. Instructor: Marguerite (Maggie)

Instructor: Marguerite (Maggie) Sheffer is a writer who lives in New Orleans. Deep Moisture Without the Greasy Feel
Size: 20.3 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Deep Moisture Without the Greasy Feel I’ve tried countless lotions over the years for my dry skin, and this Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair is one of the best. It has that classic Vaseline jelly component, but in a light lotion form that actually sinks in quickly instead of sitting on top of your skin. The first thing I noticed is how non-greasy it feels—you don’t get that sticky film that some heavy moisturizers leave behind. I can put this on in the morning and go about my day without leaving residue on my clothes or phone. The formula works fast. Within a couple of days, the dry patches on my arms and shins were noticeably softer, and by the end of the week my skin felt consistently smooth. It’s also truly unscented—no heavy perfumes, which makes it perfect for sensitive skin or for layering with a cologne or perfume. The fact that it carries the National Eczema Association seal of acceptance is reassuring too. The 20.3 oz bottles are generous, and the pack of three means I can keep one in the bathroom, one by the bed, and one in the guest room. That kind of convenience makes it easy to stick to daily use. A small note: because it’s a “healing” lotion, the texture is a little thicker than a lightweight daily moisturizer, but that’s exactly why it works so well. Just don’t expect it to be a thin, watery lotion—it’s more substantial. Bottom line: A rich but non-greasy lotion that heals dry, itchy, or sensitive skin quickly, and the value of the 3-pack makes it a smart buy for anyone who needs reliable daily moisture.

Excellant product..excellant pricing
Size: 20.3 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Another great product that I can now get from Amazon and not have to worry about "locating" in some store. Amazon's price is great for the sizing of the bottle, the product is absolutely non-greasy, very low in fragrance. I use it for an all-over body lotion and my skin stays soft.
