QuatroCool™ Advanced Preservation System: Perlick's proprietary QuatroCool™ advanced preservation system provides four separate micro zones that allow consumers to independently control temperature, humidity and air quality to accommodate a variety of foods. Each zone will maintain temperature within 1°F of set point.
Energy Efficient, Eco-Friendly Design: Perlick column refrigeration uses R600a refrigerant, an environmentally friendly alternative to R-134a. R600a has low environmental impact and is non-toxic. In addition, R600a has zero ozone depletion potential, which is why it will be the new EPA mandated standard starting in 2020. In addition, R600A refrigerant is up to 30% more efficient than systems using R-134a.
Perliq™ Touch-Screen Control Panel: A sleek, black design disappears into the backdrop until it’s awoken with a touch. Customize temperature preferences in 1° increments and activate Sabbath mode with the touch of a button. Provides access to smart temperature settings for deli items, meat/fish and fresh produce, maintaining optimal storage conditions.
Tip-Out Produce Bin with State-of-the-Art Preservation Features: Traditional crispers rely on outdated methods of controlling the humidity in produce drawers. That's why Perlick went to the drawing board, designing a state-of-the-art humidity system to extend the shelf life of produce. Perlick's tip-out produce bin keeps leafy greens upright like a bouquet of flowers, preventing delicate produce from being crushed. This compartment features electronic monitoring of humidity, alerting the unit to push moisture into the air stream to maintain the water content of wilt-prone produce. The result? Leafy greens stay fresh up to 30% longer than in a traditional crisper drawer.
