Gebroken perzikstenen bestaan uit kleinere fragmenten die strak in elkaar grijpen. Dit geeft een bijzonder stabiele en vlakke laag — ideaal voor intensief gebruik op opritten, parkeerplaatsen en drukke looppaden. Dezelfde duurzaamheid en natuurlijke uitstraling als hele of halve stenen, maar met extra stevigheid.

Toepassingen

Natuurlijk organisch dak- en tuinstrooisel op basis van gerecyclede perzikpitten, met een zeer lange levensduur en minimale onderhoudsbehoefte, die geschikt zijn voor:

Opritten en parkeerplaatsen – Goede fundering is essentieel. Aanbevolen opbouw: uitgraven → puinlaag (verdicht) → egalisatielaag wit zand → grindplaten → gebroken perzikstenen 3–5 cm. Bij grindmat minimaal 5 cm.

Publieke ruimtes – Geschikt voor parkeerplaatsen en looppaden met veel verkeer dankzij de hoge stabiliteit.

Tuinpaden en terrassen – Comfortabel beloopbaar, niet glad. Laagdikte 3–3,5 cm. Optioneel anti-worteldoek of grindmat voor extra stabiliteit.

Daktuinen en intensieve daktoepassingen – Lichtgewicht (ca. 22 kg/m²), waterdoorlatend en isolerend. Draagkracht vooraf controleren.

Borders en plantenbakken – Houdt vocht vast, remt onkruid en beschermt wortels tegen uitdroging.

Game changer!!
This stuff is amazing! I bought it because there was somewhat of a trend online saying glycolic acid is great for girls with sensitive skin. I’m inclined to agree because I have very dry, sensitive skin and this product works very well on my face and my legs (post shave). This is meant to lightly exfoliate the skin, so if you’ve just shaved your face or skin, a day later, this is great to put on to help prevent any irritation. Also, this is good for dry skin! When I have some dry patches on my face, I buff the dead skin off very gently but thoroughly. Then I use this toner to help prevent it from coming back. I was skeptical this would work because my skin is so extremely dry sometimes, but it really works! It was perfect for doing my makeup with. I use it every once in a while if I need any extra exfoliating. Do bear in mind, though, it smells really bad. I think it’s the witch hazel or something, but the product by itself smells quite gross. Definitely put lotion on a few minutes after it absorbs into the skin. This is a great product and I’m very happy with it. 10/10 when used wisely.

I am NOT saying this is a "dupe" or that they are the same in any way because they definitely have different ingredient profiles... so don't come for me... But what I will say is that if you like the first aid beauty radiance pads but don't like the price tag then this may be a cheaper option for you. This is my second bottle of this toner and 3rd tub of pads and for me personally they perform the same. The Thayers is a little stronger of an exfoliant so if you have sensitive or dry skin do a patch test to see how your skin handles it. I use it in the morning after I wash my face. It gives my skin a nice glow, removes dead skin and anything left over after washing my face and just like the radiance pads helps my makeup lay so much better. I have cotton tissues that are smooth on 1 side and textured on the other that I use instead of cotton rounds. I pair it with the Thayers milky toner, maybe some other hydrating toners, a serum, a gel moisturizer and always SPF and even without makeup my skin looks amazing and healthy all day. This is also a 12oz bottle and lasts a long time because you don't need to use a lot for it to do it's job.
