Door gevarieerd te eten kan iedereen voldoende foliumzuur binnenkrijgen, behalve zwangere vrouwen.
Het is voor hen niet mogelijk de gewenste hoeveelheid enkel uit de voeding te halen.
Het is dan ook daarom dat de Gezondsheidsraad ten stelligste aanbeveelt wat extra foliumzuur als voedingssupplement in te nemen vanaf 4 weken vóór tot 8 weken na de conceptie!
- Foliumzuursuppletie verhoogt de folaatstatus van de moeder. Een lage folaatstatus van de moeder is een risicofactor voor het ontstaan van neurale buisdefecten bij de zich ontwikkelende foetus.
Samenstelling
Samenstelling per dagdosering van 1 tablet:
400 mcg foliumzuur (200% RI*)

Ingrediënten
Foliumzuur, hulpstof: dicalciumfosfaat, maltodextrine, microkristallijne cellulose, antiklontermiddelen: stearinezuur, natriumcarboxymethylcellulose, magnesiumstearaat, siliciumdioxide.

1- 2 tabletten tijdens de maaltijd.

Love this sunscreen

I really love this sunscreen for my face and décolleté because it give the protection I want without the heavy greasy feel of sunscreen. Plus, it's perfect size to drop in my bag and no weigh me down. The bottle has never leaked. I really really like the non aerosol spray-even if it means that I have to spread it around a little, it's worth it for environmental reasons and honestly, it really didn't mess up my makeup at all when I patted it in gently. I didn't get blemishes from it at all. It doesn't have the full Hawaiian Tropic scent that we all know and love but it is very lightly scented and it is pleasant, still very tropical but more light and airy scented-not quite the same as the main line.

Very convenient

My favorite facial sunscreen

I love this sunscreen mist for the face. I have tried many facial sunscreens to protect against the Arizona sun and this is by far the best. So many sunscreens have a heavy feel, make my face sweat more, and end up clogging my pores. This sunscreen has a light, pleasant smell and is a lightweight spray. You spray it into your hand and smooth it on your face and neck. It feels hydrating without any heavy or greasy feel, and you can use foundation over it if you wish. It has done a great job protecting my skin, and just as important for me, it does not clog my pores and cause complexion issues. I have pretty sensitive facial skin and this has not caused any irritation at all. It is definitely worth trying and then buying again when you love it.

Not great

I wish I could give 3 1/2 starts but I have to give it 3 stars for two reasons. 1 is it is not a fine mist, it will leave your face looking crazy after you spray it. You end up having to pay it into your skin because there’s white splotches all over your face. So if you were to apply this with no mirror it would be a problem. Also I feel like it semi defeats the point of using a face spray if you have to use your hands to finish applying it. 2 is that for me it makes my skin feel hot and kinda burn around my mouth area. I think there might be too much fragrance or something. It does go away after awhile but it is not pleasant and I can’t imagine it is good for me.
