De bonen van Café Araya komen uit Costa Rica. Deze worden ongebrand geïmporteerd en vervolgens in Rotterdam bij 1 van de beste branders ter wereld gebrand en verpakt in zakken voor de consumentenmarkt. Met onderscheid tussen medium roast en dark roast kies jij jouw eigen sterkte. Er is een directe band vanuit Café Araya met de boeren in Costa Rica. Daardoor weten de 3 boeren bedrijven waarmee samengewerkt wordt dat ze goed betaald krijgen. De schakel van de handel is hier weg en daardoor is het werken met een keurmerk voor eerlijke prijzen niet nodig. De koffie direct van het land in jouw kopje. Korter kan deze keten niet!

Vascobelo, geselecteerd door de Black Bird Bakery, is een bonenmelange uit verschillende landen samen en kent een ongekende mildheid met verfijnde en gebalanceerde aroma’s. Alles vloeit perfect in elkaar tot een vol en zijdezacht geheel, geschikt voor ieder moment. Deze melange is samengesteld met de allerbeste bonen uit Brazilië, Costa Rica, Zambia, Rwanda en Java. Deze medium roast koffiemelange werd ontwikkeld in samenwerking met de meest kritische koffietesters van België en is 100% Arabica.
