De punchnaalden en accessoires van The Oxford Company zijn ontwikkeld in samenwerking met de bekende punch-kunstenaar Amy Oxford. Amy ontwerpt en maakt de mooiste gepunchte (wand)tapijten en vloerkleden. Punchen is eenvoudig te leren en biedt een grenzeloze creativiteit. Daarnaast zie je snel resultaat, wat veel voldoening geeft. De Oxford punchnaald heeft een ergonomisch ontwerp, waardoor je urenlang comfortabel kunt punchen, zonder last te krijgen van je handen of armen. Het hoogwaardige houten handvat lijkt gelakt, maar dit is niet het geval: het hout is gewoonweg perfect glad afgewerkt, wat bijdraagt aan de comfortabele grip. Bovendien voelt het handvat door het natuurlijke materiaal heerlijk warm aan. De naaldpunt van roestvrij staal is elektrolytisch gepolijst, wat voor een extra gladde naald met een perfecte vorm zorgt. Door gebruik wordt de punchnaald nog gladder en gestroomlijnder. De Oxford punchnaalden zijn verkrijgbaar in een standaard variant (regular), geschikt voor bulky garen, en een dunne variant (fine), geschikt voor worsted garen.

De Oxford Natural Wood punchnaalden hebben een handvat van naturel hout. De Oxford Natural Wood fine punchnaald is verkrijgbaar in verschillende maten. De maten corresponderen met de lengte van de lussen die je maakt tijdens het punchen:

  • fine maat #8: 13mm lus
  • fine maat #9: 10mm lus
  • fine maat #10: 6mm lus
  • fine maat #13: 5mm lus
  • fine maat #14: 3mm lus

Elke Oxford Natural Wood fine punchnaald wordt geleverd in een mooi kartonnen doosje met magneetsluiting. De verpakking bevat naast de punchnaald ook een handige gebruiksaanwijzing en een stekenmeter met liniaal van stevig scheurvast papier.
