Ingredienten
Maiszetmeel, maltodextrine, inuline, kaliumchloride, magnesiumsulfaat, bacteriecultuur, fructo-oligosacchariden, enzymen, smaakversterker (vanille aroma), mangaansulfaat.
Gebruik
Vanaf 2 jaar: 1x per dag 1 sachet toevoegen aan een half glas lauwwarm water (100ml), 10 minuten laten staan, goed doorroeren en opdrinken.Neem Lééfit Bifido Lacto complex ruim een uur voor of na de maaltijd in, bij voorkeur voor het slapen gaan.Niet gebruiken bij overgevoeligheid voor één van de bestanddelen.Niet geschikt voor kinderen onder de 2 jaar.

Excellent resource!

This is an amazing book. In Lorrie's way she breaks down EFT in a clear and concise way and provides strong support for all clinicians regardless of their level of training or experience. I can see this book being a go to book and plan to refer to it regularly both as a clinicna and as a supervisor of EFT therapists.
