De entrecote rollade van het Waards Rund is een ware traktatie voor liefhebbers van mals en smaakvol rundvlees. Dit prachtige stuk vlees, zorgvuldig opgerold en opgebonden, combineert de sappigheid van entrecote met de rijke smaak van een rollade. Perfect om langzaam te garen op de BBQ of in de oven.

Afkomstig van de Bleu Belge-runderen uit het Groene Hart van Nederland, staat deze rollade garant voor topkwaliteit. De runderen grazen in de Snelrewaard en krijgen een uitgebalanceerd dieet van natuurlijke ingrediënten, wat zorgt voor een volle, pure smaak en een mooie marmering in het vlees.

Bereidingstip: langzaam garen voor een perfect resultaat

De entrecote rollade komt het beste tot zijn recht bij een langzame bereiding. Kruid het vlees naar smaak en bereid het indirect op de BBQ bij ongeveer 120-140°C. Laat de rollade rustig garen tot een kerntemperatuur van 52-54°C voor een mooi rosé resultaat. Wil je een extra krokante buitenkant? Schroei de rollade dan kort af boven direct vuur.

Serveer met een romige pepersaus, een klassieke rodewijnjus of dun gesneden als luxe vleesgerecht. Deze entrecote rollade is een veelzijdige keuze voor een bijzondere maaltijd, op de BBQ of aan tafel.
