My only criticism of the dress is the tip of the zipper is not sewed in to the dress and it sticks out when you lift your arm. I did stitch the material into the seam and it only took a few minutes.

I liked this dress and probably would have kept it if it fit me. The material is not very thick, but I think thin cotton is ideal for a summer dress anyway. It was less noticeable with the skirt since it is loose and pretty forgiving - if you are bottom-heavy and nervous about sizing down to fit your upper body, I wouldn't worry too much.
