Deze wijn is gemaakt van 75% Garnacha, 15% Merlot en 10% Syrah druiven. De druiven worden handmatig geoogst in de eerste week van september. De druiven fermenteren 10 dagen in eikenhouten vaten.

Proefnotitie

 

Mooie bleekroze kleur. Hints van tropisch fruit in de neus, zoals mango, kersen, ananas en aardbei. De wijn heeft een typische rosé smaak, licht en een goede balans tussen zachtheid en frisheid.

Wijn/Spijs

 

Ideaal als aperitief, of in combinatie met salade, witvis of met zachte kazen als brie en camembert.

Bij Pago de Cirsus worden wijnen gemaakt van het hoogste kwaliteitsniveau. Het terrein, het microklimaat en de druivensoorten die er worden gekweekt, geven de wijnen een onderscheidend karakter ten opzichte van andere wijnhuizen. De bodega is gelegen in het hoogste punt van het landgoed, van waaruit een groot deel van de wijngaard overzien kan worden. De ondergrondse kelder creëert het hele jaar een stabiele temperatuur en benodigde vochtigheid.
