Affinato quasi un anno in botte grande, mentre una piccola parte riposa in barriques e tonneaux usate, è un vino profondo, di grande carattere, in grado di regalare un sorso di appagante pienezza.
Ottimo in abbinamento a primi e secondi di carne, è da provare con salsiccia e rape in padella.
