The product is recommended to active people and sportsmen who want to supplement the diet in L-glutamin.
Recommended use: 1 portion once a day – before breakfast or after training or before sleep. Add 1 portion (10 g of powder = 1 scoop) to 200 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.
