Sfumature tostate e ricordi di nocciola completano il quadro al naso. L’assaggio è di buon equilibrio e di buon corpo, ben bilanciato tra freschezza e morbidezza, coerente con l’olfatto e di lunga persistenza.Senza nulla togliere a tutte le altre etichette della cantina Ceraudo, lo Chardonnay “Imyr” è probabilmente uno dei vini più conosciuti e famosi dell’azienda, nonché l’unico vino che la cantina di Contrada Dattilo produce utilizzando esclusivamente uve internazionali e non autoctone. Ottenuto dai grappoli coltivati in Val di Neto, viene fatto fermentare in barrique di rovere francese, dove successivamente invecchia per circa cinque mesi. Ritroviamo al sorso un Bianco dal carattere fermo e determinato, capace di essere carezzevole e gentile da un lato, ma d’altro canto anche scalpitante e scattante. È uno Chardonnay che offre tanta sostanza, e come tale si sposa bene con le preparazioni più strutturate. Se poi lo vorrete lasciare affinare per qualche altro anno ancora, scoprirete anche che ha un buonissimo potenziale di invecchiamento.
Ideale con la carne bianca, con i crostacei e con i secondi piatti a base di pesce. Perfetto con i gamberoni gratinati.

A Sweet, Classic Read – Perfect for Bedtime!

I got Daddies for my son’s birthday, and it’s quickly become a favorite in our home! We read it multiple times a day – I’ve practically got it memorized! The simple, classic illustrations are wonderful for little ones’ growing minds, and they bring such a calm, cozy vibe, making this book especially great for winding down before bed. Great illustrations. Great story.

My son and daughter (who are 2 and 4 years old) love this book. They seem to gravitate to all the Little Golden Books we have. It's one that I don't mind reading over and over again. The pictures have an old fashioned look to them, but I like them, especially the one at the end showing them all eating dinner together. As others have noted, there aren't really any women in the book, but it is about Daddies, and applies well to our family situation. The main point is that daddy loves them even though he is away at work all day, so it might not be the best choice for stay-at-home Dads. Made a great Father's Day present for us.

This book brings back so many sweet memories!
Format: Hardcover
When my son was a toddler, I read to him every night. This book was one of the stories in a large book of children's stories. My son loved Daddies so much, he wanted me to read it over and over and over again until he had it memorized and he would "read" it himself. Now my son will be 46 in March and I bought it as a surprise for his birthday. I think he will enjoy it and it will make him laugh. It is a great book. Now one of my daughters wants me to buy a copy for one of my great-grandsons!!!
