Caribbean Blue Calcite / Aragoniet

Caribbean Blue Calcite is een nieuwe combin atie van mineralen die werd gevonden in 2019 in Pakistan en is dus tot nu toe vrij zeldzaam! Het is een mengsel van een blauwe Calciet en bruin en witte Aragoniet. (Het wordt door velen ook wel Blauwe Aragoniet genoemd. Blauwe Aragoniet is een variëteit van calciumcarbonaat mineraal en dat is dezelfde minerale samenstelling als blauwe Calciet, vandaar dat beide benamingen voorkomen).

Deze steen doet je denken aan het strand en de zee! Rustgevende blauwe calciet (oceaan) en aragoniet (zand) aarding- allemaal in hetzelfde stuk!
