Giallo paglierino luminoso alla vista. Sentori di fiori di zagara aprono l’ingresso al naso, poi ricco di richiami alle mele gialle, al miele millefiori e alle nocciole fresche. Il sorso è testo e di buon equilibrio, fresco e sapido, fruttato come il naso e di ottima persistenza.Tipicità, territorialità, piacevolezza, scorrevolezza e genuinità: il Fiano di Avellino etichettato “Feudi di San Gregorio” ci offre tanto, senza mai chiedere nulla in cambio. Vinificato in modo da esaltarne i tratti più varietali, è un bianco d’Irpinia difficile da eguagliare, se non fosse altro che nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Da scegliere insieme alle portate a base di pesce, è ottimo insieme con il baccalà fritto.
