Wijnhuis Weingut Tinhof

De regio Burgenland (zuid-oost Oostenrijk) heeft totaal 15.000 hectare wijngaarden en is het op twee na grootst wijnbouwgebied in Oostenrijk en een van de oudste van Europa. Het familiebedrijf Weingut Tinhof heeft een geschiedenis van 11 generaties. Voordat Erwin Tinhof bij Weingut Tinhof aan de slag ging studeerde hij eerst aan de Universiteit van Landbouwwetenschappen in Wenen en aan de Universiteit van Montpellier. Daarna heeft hij jarenlang ervaring opgedaan in de meest prestigieuze wijngaarden van zuid Frankrijk. Landbouw zonder herbiciden, pesticiden en kunstmest is voor Erwin Tinhof altijd vanzelfsprekend geweest en de stap voor biologische certificering was in 2012 een feit. Erwin is compromisloos in zijn normen van kwaliteit, nauwgezet in de wijngaarden en een purist in de kelder. Het resultaat is elegante, gastronomische, minerale en fruitige wijnen in zeer kleine oplage.

BergoVino is onderdeel van Berghorst Groep; sinds 1870 actief als drankproducent, distributeur van bier en frisdrank en importeur van wijn. Met de in Hengelo (OV) gevestigde slijterij BergoVino (1979) specialiseerde de familie Berghorst zich steeds meer op het gebied van wijn. Onder de naam Berghorst Wijnimport focust een gedreven team zich op de horeca; kwalitatieve wijnen voor een betaalbare prijs.
