De PrimaCreator Value Orthodontic Modelling Resin is een hoogwaardige, betaalbare hars die ideaal is voor gebruik in de orthodontie. Het wordt geproduceerd volgens de EN71-3 norm en is RoHS-, Reach- en Pass-gecertificeerd. Dit geeft u extra zekerheid dat het veilig in uw bedrijf kan worden gebruikt.

De PrimaCreator Value Orthodontic Modelling Resin is bovendien geschikt voor gebruik bij hoge temperaturen en bestand tot 140℃. Hierdoor is het ideaal voor warm persen, dat wordt gebruikt in orthodontische processen. Het is chemisch uitgebalanceerd om zeer gedetailleerde prints mogelijk te maken en zorgt voor schone, scherpe randen en groeven tijdens het printen, zodat u aan de productievereisten in de orthodontie kunt voldoen.

Deze hars is al gebruikt voor het maken van beetblokken, retainers, nachtbeugels en spalken, evenals voor diagnostische prints, in plaats van meerdere variaties uit dure orthodontische gietmaterialen te maken.

De hars is geschikt voor gebruik op LCD-, Mono-LCD- en DLP-3D-printers die een lichtbron van 395-405 nm gebruiken. Tot de vele populaire printers behoren de Photon Mono-serie, de nieuwe Photon M3-serie en de Halot-serie van Creality 3D. De compatibiliteit stopt hier echter niet; de hars is ook ontwikkeld voor veel andere machines, waaronder, maar niet beperkt tot: Phrozen, Zortrax, Wanhao, SparkMarker, Nova3D en meer!

3D-printinstellingen

  • Geoptimaliseerd voor UV-lichtbron 395 – 405 nm
  • Snelle uithardingstijden van 4 – 10 seconden per laag (afhankelijk van kleur) voor snellere prints (Monochrome LCD)

Several closures required extra care to avoid separating or leaking air, which reduces confidence in long-term durability. The system works, but the zipper design feels like the weak point and keeps the product from feeling as reliable as it otherwise could be.
