De feromoonval is een funnelval. De funnelval is van duurzaam plastic en kan meerdere seizoenen mee.

Wanneer er ieder jaar minder vlinders in de feromoonval gevangen worden, heeft de Rupsenval dus een mooi resultaat opgeleverd. Op deze manier werken we samen richting een preventieve manier om de leefbaarheid te bevorderen en overlast te beperken..

Hoe te gebruiken:

Vul de val met een laagje water (ong.1,5 cm) en zeep (druppel dreft) en plaats de feromoon (niet bijgeleverd!) met handschoenen! 

Hang de val in de boom vanaf eind juni tot eind oktober. Vervang na 4 weken de feromooncapsule door een nieuwe voor een optimale werking van de feromoonval. 1 Feromoonval per boom op voldoende hoogte in het loof van de boom zorgt voor een prima werking. 

Opslag

Het feromoon (de lokstof, niet bijgeleverd!) kunt u het best in de vriezer bewaren.
