De Finca los Aljibes, Cata de Morante, Verdejo staat voor een heerlijk milde en fruitige wijnervaring. In de neus heeft deze bloemige wijn elegante en tropische geuren. In de mond proeft u kruisbessen en citrus. De druiven voor de Finca los Aljibes, Cata de Morante, Verdejo worden ‘s nachts geoogst, zodat de wijn veel frisheid behoudt. Wijnhuis Finca los Aljibes

Het landgoed van Finca los Aljibes beslaat totaal 900 ha: 200 ha. voor uiteenlopende flora en fauna, 178 ha. wijngaarden, 50 ha. olijfbomen en in overig gebied wordt graan verbouwd. Tevens bezit Los Aljibes een paardenfokkerij voor Spaanse volbloeden. De bodem wordt gekenmerkt door kalksteen en het klimaat is droog en streng. Men gebruikt op de Bodega veel traditionele Spaanse druivenrassen, zoals Tempranillo, Garnacha Tintorera en Verdejo. Maar ook internationale druivenrassen doen het goed in dit klimaat: Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc en Chardonnay.

De combinatie van de unieke hoge ligging, de extreme weersomstandigheden en de langere rijpingsprocessen van de verschillende druivenrassen geven een hogere complexiteit aan de rode wijnen en zorgen voor veel frisheid en elegantie in de witte wijnen.

If you sleep hot, night-sweat, or just want a pillow that actually stays cool — these are it. 10/10 recommend.
