Duik in de wereld van de Chardonnay met deze prachtige Meursault van Domaine Michelot. Wat deze wijn zo bijzonder maakt, is zijn typische Meursault-karakter: een perfecte balans tussen finesse en rijkdom. Verwacht een aangename mineraliteit en een weelderige textuur die niet te zwaar aanvoelt. Dit is wijn waarbij elk detail telt.

Na een zorgvuldige, koude schilinweking en alcoholische fermentatie in houten vaten, wordt 100% malolactische gisting toegepast. Daarna rijpt de wijn 10-12 maanden in houten barriques, waarvan 15% nieuw hout. De extra 5-6 maanden rijping "sur lie" zorgt voor een perfecte balans en complexiteit.

Geniet er puur van als aperitief of combineer hem met lichte voorgerechten en kazen. Een veelzijdige klassieker om keer op keer van te genieten!
