Vinificato in recipienti dacciaio e in barriques di secondo passaggio, affina poi per 4 mesi sulle fecce nobili, rivelandosi all'assaggio

Vinificato in recipienti d’acciaio e in barriques di secondo passaggio, affina poi per 4 mesi sulle fecce nobili, rivelandosi all'assaggio ricco, carico di sfumature, complesso e, al contempo, piacevolmente equilibrato.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai secondi di carne bianca è da provare con il pesce in umido.
