1g NAC, 1g Silymarin, TUDCA — Straight-Up Liver Support

Revive MD | Liver is a no-BS capsule formula for liver support, focusing on three key players: N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, strong milk thistle extract, and TUDCA. Right away, you see it's not some cheap detox mix loaded with tiny herb doses for show. It's made to boost your liver's defenses against oxidation, protect its cells, and keep bile moving smooth with ingredients that make sense and doses that count.

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine hits 1 gram, right in the 600-1800mg sweet spot from studies. NAC gives your body cysteine, the main building block for glutathione. That's key because glutathione is your liver's go-to for fighting oxidative stress and cleaning up toxins. Plus, NAC has its own antioxidant punch from its sulfhydryl group. Bottom line, 1g is a solid daily hit if you're after real glutathione support, not just a nod on the label.

Milk thistle extract is at 1 gram, standardized to at least 80% silymarin, which packs a punch for botanicals. Silymarin is the active stuff in milk thistle that helps with antioxidants, keeps cell membranes stable, and toughens liver cells against inflammation or toxins. Lots of liver supps skimp with a couple hundred mg of basic milk thistle. Revive steps up with a full gram of standardized extract, and that's a big win.

TUDCA is in at 300mg. That's under the 500-1500mg from most human studies, so it's not a standalone powerhouse dose. But it's still worth it because TUDCA is legit for liver support. It's a hydrophilic bile acid that helps displace m

Revive MD Liver by Revive contains 1g N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 1,000mg N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine — a real deal dose in the 600-1800mg research zone. NAC delivers cysteine to crank up glutathione, making it a top pick for daily antioxidant and liver backup.
  • 1,000mg Milk Thistle Extract standardized to 80% silymarin — way better than the weak, unclear milk thistle in other formulas. Standardization is key since silymarin drives the antioxidant punch, cell protection, and membrane strength.
  • 300mg TUDCA — a solid add from one of the best liver ingredients out there. It helps with bile balance, handling cell stress, and keeping mitochondria strong, even if it's below the 500-1500mg from heavy-hitting studies.
  • Fully open label, no prop blends — every ingredient and dose is right there. In a world of shady detox mixes, this transparency lets you check it against real science.
  • AstraGin™ at 50mg — the full working dose for better absorption. It ramps up gut transporters to help pull in amino acids and plant compounds from the formula.
  • BioPerine® at 10mg — at the high end of the usual 5-10mg range for bioavailability. It blocks breakdown enzymes and efflux pumps, so more of the formula sticks around to do its job.
  • Three-way liver setup — NAC for antioxidants, milk thistle for cell defense, TUDCA for bile help. That's a smarter approach than supps leaning on one herb alone.
  • No stims, no fluff — easy to take daily without messing up your sleep or stacks. It slots right into your recovery or health routine.

Revive MD Liver by Revive contains 1g N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in intense training who want recovery beyond protein and rest. 1g NAC, 1g 80% silymarin milk thistle, and TUDCA make this a step up from weak wellness supps.
  • Enhanced lifters and power guys who get that liver care is about staying ahead. NAC builds glutathione, milk thistle guards cells, TUDCA helps bile—key when stress is high.
  • Folks on big calorie, high-protein eats who feel bogged down after meals and want better gut and liver flow. TUDCA's bile role and absorption aids fit perfect for matching intake.
  • Everyday health fans wanting a clear liver formula, no hidden blends or stims. Gives straight ingredients in caps, no guessing on detox junk.
  • Supp stackers who don't want liver help as an afterthought. NAC and milk thistle are basics, AstraGin™ and BioPerine® help use it better.
  • Adults bouncing back from rough eating, drinks, or sloppy habits who want to dial in recovery. Not a magic pill, but smart for daily liver backup.

How to Use

Take 4 capsules daily with water, best 20-30 minutes before a meal. That setup helps AstraGin™ and BioPerine® boost absorption. Stim-free means no tolerance check like pre-workouts, but if you're extra careful, start with 2 caps a few days and ramp up for gut feel. No need to split, but some do 2 before two meals for routine. Daily consistency beats perfect timing since NAC, milk thistle, and TUDCA are for ongoing help, not one-off. Stacks great with basics like omegas, magnesium, multi, and creatine. Watch meds since BioPerine® can tweak how some absorb. No stim cycle needed. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days, it's about getting in the habit, no big feels. Stim-free capsules mean no instant buzz. Week one, you lock in the 4 caps before a meal and like how it fits your stack. By weeks 2-4, it's steady backup: NAC keeps feeding glutathione, milk thistle delivers silymarin daily, TUDCA adds bile support. AstraGin™ and BioPerine® boost uptake quietly. This builds over time, not quick hits, which is spot on for legit liver supp.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Revive MD | Liver different from a basic milk thistle supplement?

Most basic liver formulas rely almost entirely on milk thistle and often use low or unspecified standardization. Revive MD | Liver pairs 1,000mg of milk thistle extract standardized to 80% silymarin with 1,000mg NAC for glutathione support and 300mg TUDCA for bile acid and cellular stress support, making it a much more complete formula.

Is the NAC dose in Revive MD | Liver actually meaningful?

Yes. NAC is included at 1 gram, which sits comfortably inside the 600-1800mg clinical range commonly used in research. That makes it a serious dose for supporting glutathione production and antioxidant capacity rather than a token add-on.

Is 300mg of TUDCA enough to matter?

It is a meaningful inclusion, but it is below the 500-1500mg range used in much of the clinical literature. In this formula, TUDCA works as part of a broader system with NAC and milk thistle, adding bile-focused and cellular stress support even if it is not dosed as aggressively as standalone TUDCA products.

When should I take Revive MD | Liver?

Take 4 capsules daily, ideally 20-30 minutes before a meal with water. Because this is not a stimulant product, consistency matters more than exact timing, but pre-meal use is a smart fit for the absorption support ingredients and the formula’s intended daily routine.

Can I take Revive MD | Liver every day?

Yes, this formula is designed for daily use. Liver support ingredients like NAC and milk thistle are most useful when used consistently over time rather than taken sporadically.

Does Revive MD | Liver contain a proprietary blend?

No. This formula is fully disclosed, with exact doses listed for NAC, milk thistle extract, TUDCA, AstraGin™, and BioPerine®. That level of transparency is a real advantage in a category where many products hide behind vague detox complexes.

Does this product contain stimulants or caffeine?

No. Revive MD | Liver is stim-free and contains no caffeine, so it can be used at any time of day without affecting energy levels or sleep.

Why are AstraGin™ and BioPerine® included in a liver formula?

Both are there to improve the formula’s delivery. AstraGin™ is designed to support nutrient transporter expression in the gut, while BioPerine® enhances bioavailability by affecting metabolic enzymes and transporters that would otherwise reduce absorption.

Can I stack this with my normal sports nutrition supplements?

In most cases, yes. This formula fits well with creatine, protein, fish oil, electrolytes, multivitamins, and recovery supplements because it is stim-free and focused on liver and digestive support. The main exception is medication use, where BioPerine® can alter absorption and physician guidance is smart.

Who is this product best suited for?

It is especially well suited for hard-training athletes, high-protein eaters, enhanced users, and health-focused adults who want proactive liver support. The formula is also a strong fit for anyone who values transparent labeling and wants a more serious option than a generic detox blend.

Excellent Rivals to Lovers!!
Format: Kindle
The tension and banter between Huntyr and Wold was delectable. I absolutely love the fallen angel and all of his flaws. Huntyr is amazing too being a badass FMC with some major trauma. The world building was great and I enjoyed the training aspect of the story. The writing was immersive and was in the story the whole time. The ending had quite a twist that I hadn’t anticipated and made my jaw DROP. Excellent job! I also loved the narration. Laura is one of my fave narrators!

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.
