Il palato è altrettanto complesso e articolato, ma allo stesso tempo non manca di freschezza e persistenza. Raffinata la chiusura.Dieci lunghissimi anni di riposo sui propri lieviti, trascorsi in botti di legno da 500 litri. Con questa premessa già si è detto praticamente tutto. Intensità aromatica, complessità e freschezza vanno a braccetto nel Gewürztraminer “Konrad Oberhofer” di Hofstätter. È un’esplosione di profumi e sapori, concentrati in un sorso coinvolgente e, a tratti, travolgente. Invecchia subendo delicati ma costanti e periodici battonage, che ne rimettono continuamente in sospensione le fecce fini. Riporta in etichetta la denominazione “Vigna Pirchschrait”, che come da tradizione garantisce in Alto Adige la provenienza da un singolo e specifico vigneto. Non è un Gewürztraminer qualsiasi: chi avrà la fortuna di assaggiarlo se ne innamorerà perdutamente.
Lo troverete perfetto con i crostacei, con il foie gras e con le preparazioni della cucina tailandese. Sarà ottimo in abbinamento ai gamberoni rossi ma, se vorrete, sarà anche splendido se sorseggiato in assoluta solitudine.

A Travel Pillow That Actually Works!

I fly fairly often and have gone through a few different pillows that I thought would be great but left me disappointed! I’m honestly so happy with this pillow. It fits easily in my backpack, and it doesn’t look ridiculous if I hanging it on my backpack if I’m packing a lot. It’s thick enough to support my head against the window/wall without feeling too bulky. I usually sleep really poorly on planes, and I’m not going to say that this was the magic charm, but I definitely slept more comfortably. It’s also great support against your lower back if you’re not sleeping. Some have mentioned a smell, but honestly it just smells like memory foam usually does and it’s not overpowering. I’ve only used for a few flights so far but I love it!

Nice travel pillow

Works well as a pillow to support my elbow while I’m driving. It was too full to use as a pillow to place my head on at night since I am a side sleeper. There is no way to remove some of the memory foam to make it flat enough to use as my bedtime pillow. I liked the soft pink zippered cover as it works well and makes it easy to remove and wash. I didn’t notice any smell.

Great adjustable travel and sleep memory foam pillow

Perfect travel pillow. You can change how “fluffy” the pillow is by opening the zipper and removing some of the memory foam. Once I did this, it was the perfect supportive pillow to sleep on at night when I travel. I am a side sleeper and this pillow worked really well. It has one side that has cooling material and one side that has regular material. I followed the instructions to let the pillow air out for 24 hours and never noticed a smell.
