The first thing I liked about this is that the on/off switch has a mark on the ON side, unlike my last Belkin power strip, which had a switch where you couldn't tell which side was on or off. That Belkin was remote, which I really wanted, but the Belkin remote never worked reliably even from the start, so I'm happy with a surge protector without a remote but where I don't have to guess whether it's on or off if I can't see the light on the device plugged into it. Also it's not heavy & clunky like some. And the 6 foot cord length works great, too - a big difference with the usual 5 foot cord. Also has 2 USB slots which I can use to charge my iPhone and USB chargers. All this at a decent price and it's not clunky or ugly. Have been using it daily all day for 3 months now with zero problems.
