The Ibanez AAD50-LG is a testament to Ibanez’s commitment to innovation and quality. This acoustic guitar, with its deep grand dreadnought body and X-M bracing, produces a bass-rich sound that unfolds quickly and over a wide area, even with light touches. The flat neck offers comfortable playability across all 20 frets, while the straight string course at the headstock and optimally tuned hardware promise clean intonation across the entire 650 mm scale length. The chrome-plated die-cast tuners, with their fine transmission ratio of 18:1, allow the 6 steel strings to be tuned easily and precisely.
Grand Dreadnought body
The appearance of the guitar is characterized by multi-ply bindings, a multi-ply soundhole rosette, and a black pickguard, all of which combine elegantly with the low-gloss finish. The grand dreadnought body, 5% larger than a standard dreadnought, allows for more volume, richer tone, and a more powerful low-end response. The newly designed headstock shape, the result of thorough research and investigation, provides lighter weight and enhances tuning stability by reducing neck twisting effect.
