Nel bicchiere ha un colore giallo paglierino, con qualche leggero riflesso verdolino. Il naso è dominato da profumi fruttati lievi e da sentori erbacei. In bocca è morbido, scorrevole, secco, caratterizzato da una buona vena acida. Chiude con un retrogusto sapido.Un clima tipicamente mediterraneo fa da sfondo a un terroir pietroso, caratterizzato da una struttura calcarea, dove vengono coltivate le uve di chardonnay e sauvignon che danno vita a questo Mani del Sud, blend coinvolgente e appassionante, espressione dellimportante DOC Salice Salentino. Le uve di chardonnay fermentano e vinificano per due settimane in acciaio, mentre il sauvignon fermenta in barriques di acacia; poi si procede allassemblaggio finale e allimbottigliamento. Un Bianco davvero beverino grazie allottima freschezza, esempio lampante di come lazienda Apollonio sia in grado di passare da prodotti più austeri e impegnativi a vini più leggeri e sbarazzini, garantendo sempre unottima qualità.
E dotato di unottima versatilità gastronomica, che lo porta ad abbinarsi perfettamente sia con carni bianche cucinate con preparazioni leggere che con primi e secondi piatti a base di pesce. Da provare anche con i formaggi freschi, dà il meglio di sé con la pasta alle vongole.

Just linear
Format: Paperback
I appreciate that it helps to organize the chaos of information, but I just used the template verbatim with my manager and it did not go very well. He said this linear approach does not work anymore with high-level corporate audiences. They want to cut right to the chase and start to dig into the deep details. This layout with simple images, even if you just pull away the map and anchor slides, makes the storytelling too much like a story, not giving enough credit to the speed at which certain audiences can and do process data on a slide. It was an interesting exercise and I still think this linear layout works in some cases. Just not if you are trying to communicate business case or other C-suite type of information.
