KSM-66® at 600mg with DIM, Tongkat Ali, and everything out in the open.

Alchemy Labs Test-FX is a straight-up hormone support formula in capsules, all doses shown, built around three main areas: handling stress, boosting androgens, and managing estrogen. That's important because most test boosters hype up testosterone but miss the full picture. Your hormones get affected by stress, sleep, workouts, how androgens work in your body, and estrogen breakdown. Test-FX tackles that smarter than your average supplement.

The star is KSM-66® Ashwagandha at 600mg—that's the exact dose from several human studies. This isn't cheap ashwagandha just for show. KSM-66 is a branded root extract with solid research as an adaptogen (something that helps your body adapt to stress). In one study, 300mg twice a day cut cortisol by 28% over 60 days in stressed folks. Another lifting study at 600mg daily showed better strength, muscle growth, less damage from workouts, and a 15% testosterone bump versus placebo after 8 weeks. You'll feel calmer under pressure, recover steadier, and set up better for gains—not a buzz, but real support.

Tongkat Ali root extract at 250mg helps with guy stuff like vitality, libido, and workout drive. No exact standardization listed, which makes comparing doses tricky, but 250mg is a solid amount for this extract. Tribulus terrestris extract at 550mg, standardized to 60% saponins (active compounds in the plant), brings in another classic for androgen support. Tribulus isn't a surefire test raiser for everyone, but it's popular for libido, energy feel, and stacking into male performance formulas.

DIM at 200mg is one of the smartest inclu

Alchemy Labs Test-FX by Alchemy Labs contains 20mg Vitamin D3, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 600mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha—this matches the dose from human studies on stress, recovery, and guy performance. Research shows 300mg twice daily cut cortisol and boosted strength and recovery, making this the strongest backed ingredient here.
  • KSM-66® is a branded full-root extract, not basic ashwagandha. That's key because branded versions usually have better quality control, steady batches, and direct ties to real studies over generic stuff.
  • 250mg Tongkat Ali Root Extract—a go-to for male vitality, libido, and pushing through workouts. Label doesn't specify standardization, but 250mg is a real dose, not just a dash.
  • 550mg Tribulus Extract standardized to 60% saponins—that's a strong amount for this kind of formula. Think of Tribulus more for vitality and libido support than a instant test flip, and it's used right here.
  • 200mg DIM—smart move because hormones aren't just about androgens. DIM helps your body handle estrogen better, making this more balanced than herb-only test boosters.
  • 225mg Stinging Nettle Root Extract—a must-have in solid male formulas. It fits the overall androgen balance and goes beyond the basic ashwagandha-tribulus mix.
  • 250mg Pumpkin Seed Extract—nice add for guys wanting more than just gym hype. Pumpkin seed supports male health and prostate stuff, helping with daily wellness alongside training.
  • 5mg BioPerine®—a solid absorption booster from a known brand. Piperine helps your body take in other ingredients better by slowing breakdown and upping uptake.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys with solid lifting plans wanting hormone help without stims. KSM-66® Ashwagandha at 600mg, Tongkat Ali, and Tribulus suit lifters who know gains start with recovery and stress smarts, not just pre intensity.
  • Busy pros with tons of stress where training suffers from weak recovery and tension. KSM-66® has the best data at this dose for cutting cortisol and boosting recovery over time.
  • Dudes over 30 after a fuller male energy formula than basic test pills. DIM, Stinging Nettle root, Pumpkin Seed, and adaptogens make it broad hormone and wellness support, not one-trick.
  • Lifters cutting who need drive and balance with low cals and high stress. KSM-66® and DIM combo fits since deficits crank cortisol and tank vitality feel.
  • Guys burned by hidden-blend test boosters wanting clear doses. Test-FX shows every active and amount, so you can judge it straight up.
  • Folks needing daily capsules that stack with creatine, protein, electrolytes, or pre's. It's a base support, not all-in-one stim, easy to add to routines.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules as your daily serving. Most guys do best with breakfast or lunch, since it's for ongoing support, not workout timing. With food is comfy, especially if herbs bug your stomach, and it might help with vitamin D3. If you're new-supplement careful, try 1-2 caps first few days to check how it sits, then go full. Training days, keep your pre-workout— this is foundational, not a stim. Stacks great with creatine, protein, fish oil, magnesium, or pre's. Use daily, off days too, as KSM-66® Ashwagandha needs consistency over weeks. Some run 8-12 weeks then break to see how it went. Store cool and dry, keep sealed for fresh caps.

What to Expect

No stims here, so day one feels low-key. First few hours, it's just like any capsule—nothing wild. In the first week, it's more about getting into the habit than a big shift, but some guys feel steadier mood or toughness early from the adaptogens. By weeks 2-4, KSM-66® really shines, that's when stress easing shows up. You'll check for better workout motivation, libido, recovery, and daily energy. Expect gradual upgrades in feeling on-point and recovered, not a sudden rush.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Alchemy Labs Test-FX?

Test-FX is a daily hormone-support capsule formula designed around male vitality, stress resilience, and estrogen-metabolism support. Its core actives include 600mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha, 550mg Tribulus extract, 250mg Tongkat Ali, 200mg DIM, 225mg Stinging Nettle root, and 250mg Pumpkin Seed extract.

Is Test-FX a stimulant product?

Based on the verified active formula, this is a stim-free hormone-support product and does not list caffeine as an active ingredient. There is conflicting warning language from a third-party retailer mentioning caffeine, but that does not align with the extracted formula, so the physical bottle should be treated as the final authority.

Why is KSM-66® Ashwagandha important in this formula?

KSM-66® is one of the best-studied branded ashwagandha extracts on the market, and Test-FX includes the full 600mg daily dose used in human research. At this dose, studies have shown reductions in cortisol and improvements in strength, recovery, and certain male-performance markers over time.

What does DIM do in a testosterone-support formula?

DIM supports estrogen metabolism, which is an important part of overall hormone balance. That makes Test-FX more sophisticated than products that only throw in androgen-focused herbs without addressing the estrogen side of the equation.

How long does Test-FX take to work?

This is a cumulative daily-use formula, not an instant-feel product. Most users should judge it over 2-4 weeks of consistent use, with the KSM-66® component especially depending on ongoing daily intake rather than one-time dosing.

When should I take Test-FX?

Take 3 capsules daily, ideally at the same time each day. Most users do best taking it with breakfast or lunch, since the formula is intended for long-term support and can be gentler on the stomach when taken with food.

Can I stack Test-FX with creatine or pre-workout?

Yes. Test-FX is a foundational daily hormone-support product, so it stacks well with creatine monohydrate, whey isolate, electrolytes, fish oil, and a separate pre-workout if needed. There is no direct overlap with common pre-workout ingredients because this formula is not built around pumps, stimulants, or acute performance enhancers.

Is Test-FX fully transparent or does it use a proprietary blend?

It is fully transparent. Every major active and dose is disclosed, including KSM-66® Ashwagandha at 600mg, DIM at 200mg, Tongkat Ali at 250mg, and Tribulus extract at 550mg.

Who is Test-FX best suited for?

It is best suited for adult men focused on recovery, training drive, libido, and broader hormone balance. It is especially relevant for men dealing with high stress loads, inconsistent recovery, or disappointment from weak proprietary-blend testosterone boosters.

Are there any formula caveats I should know about?

Yes. The Vitamin D3 amount is listed in the extracted data as 20mg, which is almost certainly a unit or transcription issue and should be verified on the physical label. Also, Tongkat Ali standardization is not specified, which limits a more exact evidence-based dose assessment.

A masterfully falsified history of the late Soviet developments
Format: Paperback
This book represents academic propaganda, providing some interesting insights into important events. Some details are true, but some crucial details are omitted. It represents a sanitized version of Russia's modern history. It provides misleading information about Gorbachev's constitutional reforms, aimed at partitioning of 15 republics into 53 confederation entities. Originally, the targeted republics were Kazakhstan, Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, etc. Those conflicts were manufactured by the Soviet center to discredit "nationalists," facilitate the partition of national republics, and grant Moscow right to protect ethnic minorities. According to Starovoitova, Bakatin, Yakovlev, and a few other primary sources, the Soviet security services led special operations in the Caucasus and Central Asia to provoke those conflicts. Zubok avoids citing those parts. Using the imperial approach of "divide and rule," Moscow attempted to become a peacekeeper in the conflicts it created between different ethnicity. In addition to fragmenting the republics with well-developed national identities, Gorbachev's new constitution would revoke their right to leave the USSR, written in Lenin's 1922 Constitution (Shakhnazarov, 1992). Zubok does not explain any of it. His book is an effort to protect the truth and conceal facts with Russian myths and lies about nationalism (also referred to as Nazism). Notably, Zubok does not recognize non-Russian republics and describes them as "territories." He mentions Pitsunda as a resort on the Black Sea, not as Georgia. For lying about the genocidal ethnic cleansing conducted by the Russian military against the Georgian population of Abkhazia, Zubok owes apology to the victims of conflicts and wars initiated by Gorbachev and carried on by Yeltsin. The story about "the hardliners coup against Gorbachev" is also a big fat lie. American scholars, Amy Knight, John Dunlop, and William Odom provide more accurate insights. For Russian sources, read Marshal Shaposhnikov or Aleksandr Lebed's memoirs (1995) and listen to Gennady Yanaev's interview (2009). According to Mitrokhin archives (original), the August 1991 coup was an active measure the KGB developed per Gorbachev's request. The so-called coup was part of Gorbachev's constitutional reform, which would lead to the removal of unfriendly leaders (including Yeltsin) from the republics. It failed because the Soviet military brass, foremost Pavel Grachev, had defected to Yeltsin earlier in 1991. When you read a book by a seasoned Russian propagandist, like Zubok or Trenin, take it with a grain of salt, because it will always contain a mix of lies and truth.

An important work and worth the time.
Format: Hardcover
Real scholarship addressing difficult but important topics in history, economic history, and development. What every economist should read to think much more deeply about how institutions, culture, and human agency interact. At the same time, scholars like the three co-authors demonstrate that there still remains the possibility of doing work that isn’t larded with ideological or activist posturing. Highly recommended.
