10g EAAs, 3g leucine, hydration support, and SenActiv recovery

PerformAX E Amino is a stim-free amino and hydration mix. It focuses on aminos that actually build muscle, plus ingredients to keep you going and recovering strong. No fillers here. This isn't some weak BCAA with flavor. You get all nine essential aminos with clear doses. It leads with a solid leucine hit. And it adds taurine, alanyl-glutamine, electrolytes, coconut water powder, and SenActiv to make it work during real workouts.

The aminos are the base. 3,000mg L-Leucine is in the sweet spot to kickstart mTOR – that's the pathway that signals muscle growth. Leucine is the key player for turning on repair mode. Then 1,000mg each of L-Isoleucine and L-Valine round out the BCAAs in a 3:1:1 ratio. Isoleucine helps pull glucose into muscles for energy. Valine fights off brain fatigue by blocking tryptophan. BCAAs alone aren't enough for full repair. So this adds the rest: L-Lysine 750mg, L-Phenylalanine 500mg, L-Threonine 500mg, L-Tryptophan 150mg, L-Histidine 50mg, and L-Methionine 50mg. Now your body has everything to fix and build tissue.

2,000mg L-Alanyl L-Glutamine is great for staying hydrated and handling tough workouts. This form absorbs better than regular glutamine, pulling in fluids and electrolytes – perfect for long or hot sessions. Two gram

PerformaX E AMINO by PerformaX contains 100mg Sodium, a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 10,000mg full essential aminos – that's what sets this apart from basic BCAAs. Your muscles need all nine to repair right, and here they're all listed out clear, no guesses.
  • 3,000mg L-Leucine – a real dose that flips the switch for muscle growth via mTOR. This is the amino that gets things started, so it's front and center.
  • 3:1:1 BCAA setup with 5,000mg total – heavy on leucine, but isoleucine and valine still do their jobs. Isoleucine grabs glucose for muscles, valine keeps fatigue from messing with your head.
  • Full EAA backup beyond BCAAs – lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, histidine, and methionine complete the team. BCAAs signal repair, but you need these to actually do it.
  • 2,000mg L-Alanyl L-Glutamine – solid for better hydration and easy on the stomach. It's in pro hydration mixes because it pulls in fluids and electrolytes during hard efforts.
  • 2,000mg Taurine – right where studies say it helps with hydration and keeping going. It balances cell water and calcium, so muscles feel less blah as workouts drag.
  • 50mg SenActiv – the full researched amount, not just a sprinkle. This patented stuff clears old cells, boosts ATP enzymes, refills glycogen faster, and signals muscle rebuild.
  • Added sodium and potassium – 100mg sodium and 65mg potassium make this smarter than plain aminos. They help nerves fire, muscles contract, and keep fluids balanced in sweaty sessions.

PerformaX E AMINO by PerformaX contains 100mg Sodium, a standard dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters chasing size with high-volume routines who need more than basic BCAAs. 10g full EAAs feed repair, 3g leucine triggers it when breakdown is high.
  • Early or fasted trainers wanting aminos without stims or big meals. 10g EAAs, 2g alanyl-glutamine, 2g taurine keep quality and hydration up before food.
  • Athletes in long sessions, supersets, or finishers where endurance crashes. Taurine, sodium, potassium, coconut water powder, alanyl-glutamine fight sweat and keep muscles going.
  • Cutters protecting muscle on low calories. Leucine-heavy EAAs maintain growth signals, stim-free fits without extra hunger hits.
  • Folks with pre-workout who want intra without more caffeine. This adds aminos, hydration, taurine, SenActiv without overlapping stims.
  • Trainers in heat or high sweat needing better than water. Sodium, potassium, coconut water powder, taurine, alanyl-glutamine boost hydration performance.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 12-20 ounces cold water – adjust for flavor strength and if you're sipping slow. For fasted or pre aminos, take 15-30 minutes before so they're ready. For long or hot sessions, intra is best to fight hydration loss as it happens. Start with a full scoop – no stims to worry about. Empty stomach speeds it up, but with food is fine if that feels better. Stacks well with creatine, carbs for endurance, or pre for energy. It's not full protein – use it around workouts on top of your diet. No cycling, store sealed and cool to keep it fresh.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: you taste it, feel the hydration kick in, and it's easy to drink – no caffeine means no jitters. 10-30 minutes: pre or intra, it keeps you from drying out and feeling flat as you start. 30-60 minutes: taurine, electrolytes, and alanyl-glutamine shine in longer sets, beating plain water. 60-90 minutes: no big peak, just steady performance and less wipeout at the end. Days 1-7: better hydration and aminos around workouts, upgrade from water or BCAAs. Weeks 2-4: recovery steps up, sessions feel stronger, less breakdown – SenActiv builds over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many essential amino acids are in PerformAX | E AMINO per serving?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 10g of full-spectrum essential amino acids. That includes 3g leucine, 1g isoleucine, 1g valine, plus lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, histidine, and methionine in disclosed amounts.

Is PerformAX | E AMINO just a BCAA formula?

No. It contains 5g of BCAAs, but it also includes the remaining essential amino acids needed to make the formula a true EAA product. That matters because BCAAs alone do not provide the full substrate required for muscle protein synthesis.

Does PerformAX | E AMINO contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This is a completely stim-free powder with zero listed caffeine. It is designed for users who want amino, hydration, and recovery support without nervous system stimulation or sleep disruption.

What does the 3g leucine dose actually do?

Leucine is the primary amino acid signal for activating the mTOR pathway, which initiates muscle protein synthesis. At 3g, this formula lands in the clinically relevant range commonly used to trigger that anabolic signal around training.

What is SenActiv® doing in an amino formula?

SenActiv® is a patented ingredient included here at 50mg, its researched dose. It is designed to support recovery by helping clear senescent cells, improve ATP-related enzyme activity, accelerate glycogen replenishment, and support muscle regeneration signaling after training.

When should I take PerformAX | E AMINO—before, during, or after training?

It works best either 15-30 minutes before training or sipped during training. Pre-workout use is ideal for fasted sessions or when you want amino availability at the start, while intra-workout use makes the most sense when hydration and longer-session performance are the main goals.

Can I stack this with a pre-workout?

Yes. Because PerformAX | E AMINO contains no stimulants, it stacks cleanly with stimulant pre-workouts. That makes it a strong option for users who want caffeine from one product and amino-plus-hydration support from another.

Is the electrolyte support enough for very heavy sweat loss?

For normal gym sessions, the added sodium, potassium, taurine, coconut water powder, and alanyl-glutamine are useful. For extreme heat, long endurance events, or unusually high sweat sodium losses, you may still want a more dedicated high-electrolyte product alongside it.

Is this good for training while cutting?

Yes. The full EAA profile and 3g leucine make it especially useful when calories are lower and preserving lean mass becomes a priority. It gives you muscle protein synthesis support around training without adding a full protein shake or stimulants.

Why does this include taurine at 2g?

Taurine supports cellular hydration, osmoregulation, and calcium handling in muscle tissue. At 2g, it sits right in the effective range commonly used to support endurance, muscle function, and the ability to stay hydrated through longer or sweatier sessions.

Real walnut wood. High quality.
Color: Walnut Wood, Size: Large, Color: Walnut Wood, Size: Large
This is authentic walnut wood. I was apprehensive at first. My fear was that it was pine stained to the color of walnut. I thought the wood stain would come off on my wrists and wear over time. Turns out this is a genuine chunk of walnut! Worth the $20. I laser engraved my logo onto it and it revealed that it’s 100% walnut to the core. Elegant solution. Perfectly comfortable. Way less corny than those squishy wrist rests from the 2000’s. Nice rubber gaskets on the bottom to keep it from slipping. Does not move while in typing. The exact right size for supporting your wrist on a full size Keychron keyboard. I’m using it with a P6 Ultra. But it would fit any full size Keychron keyboard.

Surprisingly comfortable and stylish wrist rest!
Color: Walnut Wood, Size: Large
This wrist rest is the perfect compliment to my desk set up. I was hesitant about buying a wood product like this, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised how comfortable and smooth it is during extended use. For the price, it feels like a premium product, and I love that it stays put with the rubber feet. The size is perfect for a full-size keyboard, with just the right thickness to keep your wrist and palms comfortable. If you’re looking for an elevated way to decorate your desk while protecting your wrist, this is a great choice.

Great wrist rest with a modern look!
Color: Walnut Wood, Size: Medium, Color: Walnut Wood, Size: Medium
This is a great looking addition to my desk. It’s a just the right length to fit my keyboard and I love the walnut coloring! It’s real wood and has nice rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from moving around. The angle is nice for my wrists and it’s easy to clean with just a damp cloth. If I ever wear this one out (which I doubt) I’d buy another!

Super comfortable - much better than memory foam wrist rests!
Color: Walnut Wood, Size: Large, Color: Walnut Wood, Size: Large
Get this wrist rest - you won't be disappointed. Had ergonomic keyboards and have tried memory foam rest in the past and this is much better. Smooth wood, perfect height and very supportive to keep wrists in neutral position when typing. Got the 17.3" and like that there's ample room to not feel squashed, but probably could have done with the medium length. Great angle for my mechanical keyboard. Love it!

What an excellent wrist rest! Except for this one thing....
Color: Walnut Wood, Size: Large
This is a solid piece of wood with great quality. Fantastic large rubber grips on the bottom (left and right sides only). Pro: I use it for editing and gaming. And though I thought the wood might be a bad choice in the long run, it turns out it's pretty nice. Not as comfortable as a gel rest but I knew what I was getting when I ordered it. I buy things for function AND aesthetics. I love how this looks. The uniqueness is really something. I got the natural one instead of the black so that the grains and lines can be easily seen. Con: Unfortunately, after almost 2 months, the wood has warped some. Not enough to effect my typing but, enough that I notice it. The warp is the kind where the opposite angled corners go up and down. While the other 2 corners are fine. In my case, the top left and bottom right, when pressed independently, rock the wrist rest. The top right and bottom left stay grounded. This is why I took a star off. Because there's no way this should be happening. So, looks and quality are up there. The rubber grips are solid. Why it's warping is puzzling to me. NO liquid wasted on it. Or, extreme temperature changes have happened. I've made sure the rubber grips. And that the surface the rest sits on (a glass mouse scrolling top by Superglide) is clean. Yet, I get this slight rocking. It bugs me this all happened right after the return window closed. I would've simply exchanged it. I love it too much. I mean, this is, again, a SOLID piece of wood. Maybe this won't happen for everyone. I mean, it's wood. Eh I would still recommended this regardless.
