One scoop delivers 200mg caffeine anhydrous, 1. 6g beta alanine, 1g betaine anhydrous, 100mg choline, 250mg choline bitartrate, 100mg alpha GPC 50%, 20mg actual theacrine

Moderate caffeine, sharper focus, fully disclosed performance support

Project #1 Quantum-X is a moderate-stim pre-workout that focuses on giving you enough kick to amp up your performance, backed by brain boosters and basic endurance ingredients instead of just piling on caffeine. One scoop delivers 200mg caffeine anhydrous, 1.6g beta-alanine, 1g betaine anhydrous, 100mg choline, 250mg choline bitartrate, 100mg alpha-GPC 50%, 20mg actual theacrine from TeaCrine®, plus B vitamins, magnesium bisglycinate, black pepper extract, and huperzine A. It's all out in the open—no prop blends hiding doses, which beats a lot of other pre-workouts on honesty.

Energy comes from 200mg caffeine anhydrous, a solid middle-ground dose that boosts alertness, energy feel, and workout prep. For most people, it's enough to fire you up and move faster without the jitters from high-stim stuff. TeaCrine® adds 20mg actual theacrine from a 50mg branded ingredient standardized to 40%. Research on theacrine is growing, but studies show it can help with energy, focus, and concentration, and it pairs great with caffeine for a smoother, longer-lasting vibe.

For performance, there's 1.6g beta-alanine. That's half the usual 3.2g daily dose from studies that boost muscle carnosine to fight acid buildup in intense efforts. It's a good start per scoop, but if you want the full effect, use it daily and maybe add more beta-alanine elsewhere or double up if allowed. Betaine anhydrous at 1g is under the common 2.5g research dose, but it's still a smart add

Key Highlights

  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous — this is a real moderate dose that ramps up alertness, motivation, and workout intensity without making it a high-stim beast. For lots of folks, it's the goldilocks spot where you perform better without feeling wired or overdone.
  • TeaCrine®-Powered Energy Support — you get 50mg of TeaCrine® standardized to 40%, delivering 20mg actual theacrine. It teams up with caffeine to give smoother, longer energy and focus instead of a quick rush and crash.
  • 1,600mg Beta-Alanine — a solid daily hit that helps hit the 3.2g loading goal to boost muscle carnosine. Carnosine fights the acid burn in tough sets, keeping you going when fatigue hits.
  • 1,000mg Betaine Anhydrous — betaine helps with cell hydration and methyl donation, making it good for strength and workout quality. It's below the 2.5g often seen in studies, but it still brings real value beyond just stims.
  • Dual Choline Support — 100mg choline plus 250mg choline bitartrate adds a brain boost via acetylcholine, which is key for attention and muscle signals. That's why focus supps often load up on choline sources.
  • Alpha-GPC 50% Included — 100mg alpha-GPC 50% gives about 50mg actual alpha-GPC, another choline hitter with strong nootropic cred. Even modest, it amps up the focus vibe.
  • Huperzine A Synergy — 50mcg of Huperzia serrata extract standardized to 1% delivers around 0.5mcg huperzine A, backing the acetylcholine plan. Choline builds it; huperzine keeps it around longer by slowing breakdown.
  • B-Vitamin Support for Energy Metabolism — niacin, vitamin B6, and methylcobalamin B12 help with turning food into energy and brain function. Not the stars, but they fit in an energy and focus formula.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate lifters on hypertrophy splits wanting focus without huge stim overload. 200mg caffeine plus TeaCrine® suits controlled training, and choline-huperzine helps with form and tempo.
  • Busy folks training early or lunch who need a boost but gotta function after. Quantum-X's 200mg caffeine with theacrine gives smooth energy, not the overkill of 350mg+ for day sessions.
  • Athletes big on mind-muscle and intent over pure stims. Choline bitartrate, alpha-GPC, and huperzine A target brain readiness and muscle focus, turning sessions from routine to aggressive.
  • Lifters building capacity in long sessions who dig daily beta-alanine. 1.6g per scoop helps carnosine load for better fatigue fight with steady use.
  • Folks upgrading from newbie pres to something real but not wild. Quantum-X feels like a legit performer, with moderate stims easy to test without high-stim shock.
  • Gym rats who want open labels to know what's in it. No prop blends—doses shown, so you can match to studies, not ads.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 8-12 oz cold water, down it 20-30 minutes before lifting. That lets caffeine hit by your first sets. If stim-new or sensitive, half-scoop first to check, especially with caffeine and TeaCrine® together.

Use a shaker for best mix. Cold water or ice makes flavors pop, especially sweet ones. Empty stomach speeds it up, but if stims or niacin bug you, try after light food. Don't stack with other caffeine, fat burners, or brain stims unless watching total intake.

Use regular on lift days, or daily for beta-alanine buildup. Stack with creatine and stay hydrated for fuller strength and endurance. Keep it sealed, cool, dry—no moisture to clump it.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: drink it, chill, maybe feel a warm-up if beta-alanine hits you. Minutes 10-20: caffeine shows up, workouts feel easier to dive into, possible tingles. Minutes 20-40: peak time for energy, focus, and intent—caffeine-TeaCrine® combo feels great. Minutes 40-90: holds steady better than caffeine alone, less crash.

Days 1-7: feel energy and focus right away, not instant endurance change. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine builds carnosine, helping you handle high-effort reps better. That's the shift from quick feel to real training boost with consistency.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Project #1 Quantum-X per serving?

Each 1-scoop serving provides 200mg caffeine anhydrous. That places Quantum-X in the moderate-stim category rather than the extreme 350-400mg tier, making it strong enough for most users to feel but still more manageable than many high-stim pre-workouts.

Does Quantum-X use a proprietary blend?

No. Quantum-X is fully disclosed, which means every active ingredient and every dose is printed on the label. That lets you evaluate the formula honestly instead of guessing what is hidden inside a proprietary matrix.

What does TeaCrine® do in this formula?

TeaCrine® supplies theacrine, a purine alkaloid often paired with caffeine to promote smoother, more sustained subjective energy and focus. In Quantum-X, 50mg of TeaCrine® raw material yields 20mg actual theacrine, complementing the 200mg caffeine dose rather than trying to replace it.

Is the beta-alanine dose in Quantum-X clinical?

Not as a full standalone daily dose from one scoop. Quantum-X provides 1.6g beta-alanine, while the classic research-backed loading target is 3.2g daily. One scoop still contributes meaningfully toward saturation, but consistent use is important and some users may choose to add more beta-alanine elsewhere.

What is the purpose of the choline, alpha-GPC, and huperzine stack?

This trio is aimed at focus and neuromuscular sharpness. Choline and alpha-GPC help supply building blocks for acetylcholine, while huperzine A helps slow acetylcholine breakdown, creating a more deliberate cognitive strategy than formulas that rely on caffeine alone.

Is Quantum-X a good pre-workout for beginners?

It can work for newer users, but beginners should start with half a scoop. The formula contains 200mg caffeine plus TeaCrine® and a nootropic stack, so it is more advanced than a casual energy drink even though it is not a true high-stim product.

Can I stack Quantum-X with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the smartest ways to round out the formula. Quantum-X does not include creatine, so adding 3-5g creatine monohydrate daily complements the pre-workout by supporting phosphocreatine replenishment, strength output, and long-term training adaptation.

Will Quantum-X make me tingle?

Possibly. The formula contains 1.6g beta-alanine, which can cause paresthesia, the harmless tingling sensation many users feel in the skin. At this dose, the effect is typically milder than formulas using the full 3.2g in one serving.

How long before training should I take Quantum-X?

Most users do best taking it 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That gives the caffeine enough time to start working while still aligning the peak feel of the energy and focus components with the early part of the session.

Is this more of an energy pre-workout or a pump pre-workout?

It is more of an energy-and-focus pre-workout. Quantum-X does not center on heavy pump ingredients like a large citrulline dose; instead, it emphasizes moderate stimulation, nootropic support, and foundational endurance ingredients like beta-alanine and betaine.

Good hard use watch.
Color: Black/Silver-Tone
Review Calibration: 3 stars means it works as advertised, nothing special during use, and no amazing features. Higher stars mean better-than-expected performance and features. This is 5 stars because it is my favorite work/hard-use watch. I have been wearing one for years, and like all Timex watches, it can take a beating. I have to replace it when the band's ears get so damaged that they won't hold the band on. This has more to do with the plastic's lifespan than with a design issue. I am hard on watches. This watch normally lasts ne 7-10 years between replacements.

Typical Ironman quality
Color: Black/Silver-Tone
This is my fourth Timex Ironman watch. I own many watches, and prefer the Ironman for casual wear and sporting activities as well as swimming and snorkeling. I decided to replace an earlier model with this one rather than pay to change the battery. The Ironman has changed very little over the years since its introduction in the '80s, with the exception of cosmetic improvememnts and a larger display. I selected the "oversize" model as I was looking for a little more heft to this model. This watch fits the bill, not as chunky as my G-Shock. A pleasant surprise was the weight of the watch. This model is lightweight, another advantage over the G. It's larger than the typical Ironman model, but about the same weight. The band lacks the stiffness of some other Timex and Casio models, and is quite comfortable. Typical Ironman functions are unchanged, and the ability to "hide" various functions makes operation of the watch more efficient. There are three time zones, useful when traveling, as well as the usual chronograph/timer and alarm functions. I haven't worn the watch in the pool or ocean yet, but if experience is any guide, I expect no problems. I've never had an Ironman leak, whether during water sports or snorkeling. These are great watches for the money. I prefer 200 meter water resistance for this type of watch, but Timex has yet to build an Ironman 200m that doesn't overwhelm my wrist in weight and size. I'm not a big guy, and they are simply too large for my wrist. Looking forward to years of service with this watch. Definitely a good timepiece for the price.

Will not be disappointed
Color: Black/Blue
Keeping in mind that I received this item yesterday (2/24/16), I absolutely love this watch. The reason I have so much confidence with this watch is because I've owned one other Timex similar to this one, and it served me extremely well and is still able to do so. First off, this watch is certainly aesthetically pleasing. The blue color around the face of the watch and outline in the band, goes really well with the black frame. It's just an overall nice looking watch. More importantly, the quality seems great. As I mentioned, I've owned a Timex expedition, which I've had for more than 2 years, and it's still working perfectly fine. The watch seems like it's put together very well and there's no loose or flimsy parts. One complaint that many people seem to have with Timex is the quality of their band. Unfortunately I'd have to agree, since the band on my other Timex that's still working like the first day I got it, cracked and broke and is only being held together by the nylon fabric on the other side of the band. You're not going to have that problem with this watch. It's a full nylon band with Velcro adjustment, for precise fitting. it feels extremely comfortable and you won't need to worry about the band cracking (although I'm sure there will be certain defects in a mass produced bunch). I will use this watch for work and running, and rarely plan on taking it off. Just to give you an idea, I also have a garmin gps watch that I love and obviously has more functions than this watch. However, the second I received this watch, I slapped it on and put my garmin to the side. This watch also looks amazing when you wear it. I'll update this feedback as needed, but I'm confident this watch will serve me for years to come, just as my other one has.

Greatest watch I've ever had, but changing batteries is near impossible
Color: Black/Blue
This is the 3rd time I've bought this watch. Same brand, same or very similar model. It has a chronometer, timer, alarm, and of course the clock. It has something I think is for "occasions" but I don't know what it does and don't really care about it. The watch is durable. It uses battery power efficiently. The indiglo is second to none. I just really really like this watch. Having said all that, if you want to change the batteries, good luck, you'll need it. Once you manage to get the backing off of it and open it up (which is a little tricky in itself), it's like a comedy routine where you see some stooge open an electrical device and a buncha parts and springs go flying everywhere. And of course, they are so tiny, you'll never find them once they fly out. That was the exact scenario I found myself in the last time I tried to change the battery. It made me so mad I actually bought another brand of watch that I thoroughly researched. But that watch DIDN'T use battery power efficiently, and it had a host of other minor problems that added up to the conclusion that it was not nearly as great as this Timex. So, for the 3rd time, I found myself buying this Timex watch. So it's a wonderful watch in every way except longevity because changing the batteries has historically been a nightmare for me.
