It features a half-cylinder foam insert that prevents the user from sleeping on their back — safely and without discomfort. The belt maintains 15 cm of contact with the back to avoid pressure points or back pain. Inside, a silicone strip keeps the belt securely in place throughout the night, preventing slippage, irritation, or misalignment of the foam insert.
The NoDo belt is designed to encourage side-sleeping, promoting healthier sleep positions. Weighing less than 80g, it combines lightness, comfort, and effectiveness.

The NoDo belt fits individuals with a chest circumference up to 115 cm. It is machine washable at 30°C, making care and maintenance easy.
