The aging for this vintage is almost exclusively in 10 HL oak barrels,
to fix the color through micro-oxygenation.
With a light color, you can read through it! It expresses the fruity
notes of young Nebbiolo to the fullest, supported by structure and
roundness that make it pleasant to drink.
The recommended serving temperature is 16°C, and it is served in
Burgundy glasses.
In the 2022 vintage we produced 6026 bottles of 0,75 liters each.
The first production vintage was in 2020.
