In this session we will explore the guiding principles of the natural wine movement. From the organic and biodynamic principles that guide winemakers in their quest for purity and expression, to the unique characteristics of wines made with native yeasts, spontaneous fermentations, and limited sulphite additions, revealing the true essence of the grape.
Accompanying these delightful wines are carefully selected cheeses crafted by passionate cheesemakers. Discover the incredible diversity of flavors, textures, and aromas derived from different regions, animal breeds, and production methods. Uncover the stories behind each cheese, from farmhouse dairies to age-old traditions passed down through generations.

Very nice product very concentrated has a very light fragrance that dissipates very quickly not greasy. No I do not have any redness or sensitivity I wanted to try this product anyway because I'm always looking for moderately priced good quality that travels well. And this fit the bill especially with it being on sale.
