Light: They are best kept in bright light conditions all year round. In the winter, they can tolerate direct sunlight, but in the heat of the summer, you should limit direct sunlight to a few hours in the early morning or late afternoon.

Water: Let the top layer of soil dry between waterings. 

Each time you water your Dendrobium, soak the potting media thoroughly and allow the water to run out the bottom of the pot.
