In questo caso, infatti, il pinot grigio è vinificato immediatamente, mentre il verduzzo subisce una sovramaturazione in plateaux per 3 settimane e fermenta, poi, in acciaio. Prodotto con metodo Charmat, è uno Spumante espressivo e invitate, assolutamente da provare.
Perfetto per allietare l'aperitivo, si sposa bene anche con antipasti, crudità di pesce e insalate.
