Adding the BRZ2 Probat sample roaster allows you to test various profiles before jumping straight into the P12. BRZ2 features variable burners, 2-drums, individual temperature displays and offers high flexibility and control. The sample roaster is PROBAT’s smallest drum roaster. Specially designed for classifying green coffee qualities, it is an essential tool in quality control and product development. With a batch capacity of 80–100 g per drum, the BRZ is ideally suited for use on farms, plantations, and in coffee roasting facilities.
