Varietal markers immediately apparent. Scented bath salts and floral notes of white citrus blossom and jasmine allude to regionality. On further inspection, scents emerge of blackcurrant leaf and finger limes lemon pith. A classic Eden Valley Riesling. Palate Very fresh and flavorful. First impressions are of lemon zest and just squeezed lime

Nose - Highly perfumed. Varietal markers immediately apparent. Scented bath salts and floral notes of white citrus blossom and jasmine allude to regionality. On further inspection, scents emerge of blackcurrant leaf and finger limes/lemon pith. A classic Eden Valley Riesling.
Palate - Very fresh and flavorful. First impressions are of lemon zest and just squeezed lime juice. The palate has a fleshy, pithy texture with chalky minerality and mouth-watering acidity. At once salivating, inviting, elegant. While this is a lighter-bodied wine, it has plenty of volume and power. A spell in the cellar will invite the emergence of more complex maturation characters.
