ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Each item is custom & made to order. Turn around time January 1st through November 15th is 7-10 business days. From November 15th through December 31st, turn around time is 10-12 business days. Please allow time for shipping. **If you need a rush order, please contact us**(Rush orders may be subject to additional fee)

SHIPPING INFO: All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. Once your package is received and scanned by the carrier, we no longer have control over the amount of time it takes to arrive at its destination. All orders shipped have tracking numbers. You can find yours in the automated email that is sent once your order is marked as shipped. We recommend searching for your tracking number on UPS.COM for the most up-to-date information.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Due to made to order, all sales are final - no returns. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. (Excluding Rush Orders) Cancellations may be subject to restocking fee.

MAMAHUG GUARANTEE: (Manufacturer error) If something is wrong with your item within the first 30 days of purchase, MamaHugCreations will replace the item for you at no extra charge for the item.
