الكزبرة عشبة متعددة الاستخدامات تتميز بأوراق عطرية وبذور ذات نكهة قوية. مناسبة للطبخ، الشوربات، السلطات، والزراعة المنزلية. سهلة النمو في الأصص أو الحدائق.
طريقة الزراعة – خطوات سهلة
1. بدء البذور
ازرع البذور بعمق 0.5–1 سم وغطِّها بخفة بالتربة.
2. ضوء الشمس
تحتاج إلى شمس كاملة أو نصف ظل.
3. التربة
تفضل تربة خصبة وجيدة التصريف.
4. الري
حافظ على التربة رطبة قليلًا دون أن تكون مشبعة بالماء.
5. التباعد
اترك مسافة 15–20 سم بين النباتات.
6. النمو والحصاد
يمكن حصاد الأوراق عند ارتفاع النبات 10–15 سم. القطع المنتظم يحفز نمو أوراق جديدة. تُحصد البذور عند النضج.
