Our Grass Jelly Liquid is perfect for creating classic Taiwanese grass jelly, a light and refreshing topping for bubble tea, desserts, ice cream, smoothies, shaved ice, and more.
✅ How to Prepare Grass Jelly:
- Mix 25g tapioca starch with 75ml cold water and set aside.
- Boil 2L of water, add 250g sugar, and stir until dissolved.
- Add 500ml Grass Jelly Liquid to the pot, reduce heat to medium.
- Gradually stir in the tapioca starch mixture in 2-3 increments.
- Turn off the heat. Stir counterclockwise 5 times, then clockwise 5 times. Repeat 16 times.
- Pour the mixture into a container and remove any bubbles.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Enjoy within 7 days!
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place before opening.
