Bai Mu Dan, or White Peony tea, originates from China and offers a lovely introduction to the sweet and subtle taste of white tea. We add Chinese osmanthus - most commonly used in fragrances - and white petals of Egyptian chamomile flowers for an uncommonly soft and fragrant bouquet. A tea with the characteristics of a well made pinot blanc.
